Returns, Shipping and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your new stoma guard, however purchases may be returned for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipment.

 

1.Your item must be postmarked for return within 30 days of receipt in its new condition together with a signed letter stating the reason(s) for your return. 

2. Include a copy of your invoice with your return.

We are not responsible for ostomy guards lost in the mail. It may be necessary for you to use tracking and insurance on your package to assure a safe delivery. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

 

When we receive your return a credit will be returned for the purchase price to your original credit card . Usually this credit will appear within 10-20 business days. Please check your credit card.

 

All our ostomy guards are shipped by United States Postal Service with tracking in the US, and Priority International outside the US. Allow 2 weeks for delivery from date shipped, however, since we will ship between 1-3 business days from the date of your order you should receive it within 3-5 days in the U.S.   Additional charges apply for Priority Mail Express Service (delivery 3-5 business days).
